The Afghanistan tour of Zimbabwe for the 2024-25  is set to kick off with a three-match T20I series starting on December 11 at the Harare Sports Club. Following this, a three-match ODI leg will commence on December 17, and the tour will conclude with a two-match Test series beginning on December 26 at the Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo.

Recent form: Zimbabwe vs Afghanistan

Zimbabwe will enter the series after a 2-1 defeat to Pakistan in a recent three-match T20I series. Meanwhile, Afghanistan are riding high on strong performances. In their most recent ODI series, they secured a 2-1 victory against Bangladesh, and before that, they triumphed over South Africa in a three-match ODI series, also by 2-1. Afghanistan’s T20I side will be led by Rashid Khan, while Zimbabwe’s T20I team will led by Sikandar Raza.

T20I Series

All matches will be held at Harare Sports Club in Harare, starting at 5:00 pm IST/ 11:30 am GMT / 1:30 pm Local:

  • 2nd T20I: December 13, 2024

ODI Series

The ODI matches are scheduled to start at the same venue at 1:00 pm IST/ 7:30 am GMT / 9:30 am Local:
