On the last ball of fourth over, Corbin Bosch delivered a back-of-a-length ball outside off, prompting Abell to attempt a cross-batted pull shot. Though struck with intent, the ball lacked the necessary elevation and power to clear the deep backward square boundary.
Initially misjudging the trajectory, Brevis charged in before realizing the ball was carrying further than anticipated. Reacting instantly, he leaped backward with remarkable agility, extending his hands to pluck the ball just before it crossed the rope. His impeccable body control ensured he remained inside the boundary, securing a spectacular dismissal. Rashid Khan‘s strategic field placement played a crucial role, with Brevis stationed precisely where needed.
