The 18th edition of the Indian Premier League, IPL 2025, is just a few days away and the teams are in the final stage of their preparations for the tournament. Defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will play the opening match of IPL 2025 against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB).
The match will be played at the iconic Eden Gardens, Kolkata. KKR will be high on confidence after the title win last year and will be looking for a good start to this season as well. They are likely to get full support from their home crowd for this game.
KKR have built a solid squad for this season despite losing some of the big names like Shreyas Iyer, Mitchell Starc, and Phil Salt. However, they still bolster a strong squad and will be the title contenders this season.
