Amidst India’s embarrassing 10-wicket loss to Australia in the Day-Night Test in Adelaide, positive news emerged about Mohammed Shami, and even captain Rohit Sharma has not downplayed the chances of the pacer to join the Test squad in Brisbane.

On Sunday, December 8, the Indian cricket team was hammered by ten wickets in the second Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25, as Australia leveled the five-match Test series 1-1 at the Adelaide Oval. India struggled in all three departments in the pink-ball Test against Australia.
