Kamlesh Nagarkoti

Kamlesh Nagarkoti has registered himself for the IPL 2025 mega auction at the base price of INR 30 lakh. The right-arm pacer has not played in the IPL since 2022.

The pacer became a household name after his stunning exploits in the 2018 Under-19 World Cup. He impressed one and all with his fast bowling and earned his maiden IPL contract in 2018. Kolkata Knight Riders had bought the rising star for INR 3 crore.

Kamlesh, however, has not lived up to the expectations so far mainly because of several injury setbacks. Even though he got his first IPL contract in 2018, he made his debut in the tournament in 2020.

He played 10 games that season and picked up 5 wickets. In IPL 2021, Nagarkoti played just one game for the Knight Riders before being released. In IPL 2022, he was a part of the Delhi Capitals camp and played just one game.

The Rajasthan pacer could not play any game in 2023 due to a back injury and was released after the season. In the 2024 auction, he went unsold.
