Yashasvi Jaiswal has hit some glorious shots
Along with defending the ball perfectly, Yashasvi Jaiswal has hit some glorious shots and has ensured that he frustrates the Australian bowlers. Of all the bowlers, his battle with Mitchell Starc has been enthralling as he has played the fast bowler with utmost ease.
Yashasvi Jaiswal, in the 19th over, hit Mitchell Starc for a lofted shot that went on for a four. The batter stepped across to off stump and slogged across the line. However, on the very next ball, the fast bowler got his revenge and beat the batter on the outside edge.
Mitchell Starc bowled a fuller length just outside off, to which Yashasvi Jaiswal went for an expansive drive on the up. The ball straightened a touch and went past the edge. The speedster then gave the batter a stare and then laughed right at the face of the Indian batter.
Yashasvi Jaiswal, however, didn’t like that, as he made sure that he gave a befitting reply on the next ball. The young Indian opener passed on a smile back at the pacer and said: “You are coming too slow at me”
