Renuka Singh bowled a fuller-length delivery aimed at the stumps, which prompted Aaliyah Alleyne to take an ambitious swing and hit for a big shot. However, Harmanpreet Kaur, positioned at mid-on, was quick to take action and left everyone in awe of her.
As Aaliyah Alleyne, looking to clear the mid-on boundary, struck the ball cleanly with power, the India Women captain made a stunning one-handed catch, jumping high to reach the ball and pulling off a jaw-dropping one-handed catch to dismiss the West Indies star.

The ball was traveling fast, and Alleyne’s shot appeared to be heading for a boundary, but Harmanpreet Kaur’s athletic leap and perfectly timed reach allowed her to snatch the ball out of the air.
However, the way the India Women’s skipper controlled the ball in mid-air, preventing it from slipping out and turning a potential boundary into a spectacular moment was an impressive part of her efforts.
Her quick reflexes and athleticism were on full display, leaving fans and players in awe, as Aaliyah Alleyne was sent back to the dugout for just 13 runs off 23 balls in the first ODI match in Vadodara.
