Mohammad Hurraira hit on the helmet on Day 1 of the Multan Test

Meanwhile, an awful incident unfolded during the 23rd over of West Indiesโ€™ first innings against Pakistan in Multan as the Pakistani batter Mohammad Hurraira was hit on the helmet at first slip. Actually, Abrar Ahmed bowled a flighted delivery down the leg side, and Gudakesh Motie swept it hard, but the ball struck Hurrairaโ€™s helmet before rolling behind square on the on-side.

After which, the Pakistan teamโ€™s physio rushed into the ground to check Mohammad Hurraira, possibly for the concussion. Fortunately, Hurraira was just a little dazed, but he had to walk off the field just as a precaution, and Kamran Ghulam took over at first slip with a new helmet.
