It marked his 11th century against India, reinforcing his reputation as one of the most formidable players in the game. With this innings, Smith now stands seventh on the all-time list for the most Test centuries.

Australia’s onslaught in the first innings
Australia’s first innings was a masterclass in batting dominance, as they amassed a colossal 474 runs.
